布置作业的目的，在于促使学生进一步巩固所学的知识，培养学生灵活运用所学知识，掌握并获得分析问题和解决问题的能力和方法；同时也有助于教师了解自己教的情况，以便及时调整教学计划.因此，作业的设计应讲求有效性.那么怎样提高作业的有效性，我认为最重要的要从作业的设计和批改两方面来入手.下面就我所教的小学语文学科来谈一点自己粗浅的认识. 一、精心设计作业 设计什么作业，可以根据教学的需要适时安排.课堂上、课间，只要是老师认为有必要，就可以随时随地的设计合理的作业.根据教学需要，我认为设计作业可以分成四种类型：课前预习作业、课堂检测作业、课后巩固作业、实践性作业.每种设计都有其不同的作用.因此，我在选择题目时会根据它们不同的作用精心设计，以发挥它们各自的功能. 课前预习作业根据语文学科的特点，课前朗读文章，学习字词，了解文章内容，理解文章作者大概的写作意图是基本的预习要求，同时还要配合评价手册自主学习的内容了解作者、作品特点及写作背景.很多学生和家长把此项作业看作是可有可无的，有些干脆不加理睬，而有的学生也只是匆匆将课文读了一遍就了事了，这些做法的后果是直接导致影响课堂听课效率.为了避免使课前预习作业流于形式，我将此项课前作业要求具体细化，字词要提前标注音，朗读要家长签字，课后练习要提前思考并写下答案，对作者和背景的了解要作勾画.总之，书上要留下预习的痕迹.并且要填写家庭作业卡，作业卡上有家长的评价，这种细化的形式，慢慢不仅得到家长的认可，学生看到有形的成绩也逐渐提高了预习的兴趣.久而久之就培养了学生课前预习的好习惯.通过这个途径，学生课前预习作业完成质量高了，课堂上学生发言也积极了，效率提高不少.2.课堂检测作业当堂作业是课堂教学的重要组成，是对学生听课效果的及时反馈，因此必须紧扣教学内容和目标，所布置的问题力求针对性强，有实效.要根据所教班级学生实际，实行分层次布置作业.结合课堂教学的实际情况，考虑到好、中、差三类学生的学习差异，在对学生课堂作业的训练中，做到内容上分层次，要求上有差异.规定学习有困难的学生只要完成基础题，中等学生除了完成基础题外，还可以再做一做提高题.比如在学习古文时，积累常用文言词是基本要求.通常学完一部分之后会有当堂练习的反馈时间.此时，我会请基础较弱的同学回答反复强调的书本注释有的字词解释，请基础较好、听课效率高的同学回答复杂的翻译句子，同时再次强调翻译的重点和要求；开放性的题目不求统一答案，让学生各抒己见，只要有道理就充分肯定，力求让不同层次的学生在当堂练习中都有收获，都能有成就感或发现不足之处并及时弥补.3.课后巩固作业课后作业是课堂的延续和补充，通过完成快乐园和练习册上的一些基础题和阅读题，使学生巩固课堂上所学的知识，并将知识转化为技能、技巧；培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力；更利于教师了解教学情，及时反思改进，达到教学相长的目的.课后作业的布置要求严格控制作业量，有针对性——能针对重点、难点和不同学生布置分层作业.比如属于小学语文基础较弱或心理生理上有学习障碍的特殊学生，对他们的课后作业要求就不能完全与其他同学相同，即使同样布置下去他们也无法按要求完成，于是我采用分层布置作业的方式.让特殊学生以基础作业如抄词注音、背诵默写等作业为主，辅以课内重点现代文阅读的经典题型作为他们的课后作业，讲求实效性；对他们的作文要求也稍作放放低，无论是字数还是内容，以鼓励来让他们尽量按要求完成.对于一般同学的作业，通常是课内外阅读相结合，在巩固课内知识的同时丰富其课外阅读量，培养其阅读能力、熟悉阅读题型和答题方法，并以写读书笔记的方式来让阅读指导写作.不同作业层次的设计，不但满足了不同层次学生的发展需要，同时也减轻了学生的课业负担，更激发了学生学习语文的兴趣.4.实践性作业语文作业除了基本的抄词注音、解释词语以及评价手册上的相关练习之外，我还精心设计了一些实践性作业.实践性作业重点是培养学生的语文综合能力和其他方面的素养.（1）讲一讲，写一写.把每一天学习中的有趣事情、收获、或者是不解、不愉快的事情回家和父母交流.父母把学生交流的感受用一句话来做评价，填写交流卡带回学校.我布置这项作业的目：一是培养学生的口头表达能力，让学生乐说愿意说.二是让家长了解学生在校的情况，了解自己的孩子一天在校的喜怒哀乐，给于鼓励和安慰，这对孩子来说很重要.三是培养亲子感情.现在很多家长因为工作忙，很少和学生交流，往往只关心孩子的学习，而忽略了孩子的情感，对于处于困惑期的孩子来说，父母的关心和爱护至关重要.（3）综合性学习作业.每个单元都会有综合性学习，我让学生以不同的形式展现自己自主学习、合作探究的结果.学生以小组为单位，或绘制精美的小报，或查询资料、收集图片后制作成幻灯片，还有小组间，同桌间讲故事等形式.同时根据课文内容，我还考虑了感恩的教育，在父母生日的时候唱32313133353236313431303231363533e59b9ee7ad94313。

一次，他回乡探亲，一个平时散漫洒脱的乡亲向他求取墨宝，郭沫若问他想要什么字，他漫不经心地说：”随便。”国老眉头一皱，挥笔写下4个大字——“不可随便”。
的确，“不可随便”四个字字简意丰，它告诉我们：做任何事都要认真负责，不可随便。
“不可随便”应是我们全人类的一条行为准则。在学习中，我们应该学好、记好点点滴滴，稍一随便就会漏掉某些知识，也许就会导致终身的遗憾。在医院里，你曾想过，那些“白衣天使”倘若稍一随便，开错了药方，就会给病人的健康带来不必要的伤害，甚至带来更严重的后果。在铁道边，你可曾想过，那些铁道工人在检修铁轨的时候，倘若随随便便，铁轨坏了也为检查出来，火车在上面行驶，就会出事，这后果谁能负责？在大街上，那些“城市美容师”倘若在大街上随随便便地划几下，长此以久，我们的城市将会乌烟瘴气，我们的身心健康都会受到影响。如此事例，数不胜数。
感触最深的当然还是自己的亲身经历。记得在一次测验中，在单位的换算上，由于写掉了一个零，就白白的失去3分。虽然分数不多，但也是一种遗憾。
千里长堤，毁于蚁穴。我们应该从小养成严谨认真的习惯，脚踏实地扎扎实实去做好身边的每一件事。
